Chris and Mike just finished up this deck project and we could not be more thrilled! These guys do excellent, and precise work. The inspector even commented on the quality of the work stating that if everyone did work like this he’d be out of a job! I simply told them my vision and my budget and they took it from there. Not only did it turn out beautifully, they completed everything a week early and under budget, so I was able to furnish it as well. I’d give them 10 stars if I could as I’m that pleased with everything. These guys are true craftsmen.

Chris from Precision renovations is the only contractor We will use. He has done many renovations in our home over the past 15 years. I would not trust my projects with anyone else. He is very easy to work with and has great ideas. So if you want the best you hire the best. He has done our siding, put a roof on, replaced a large living room window, changed our tub over to a beautiful walk in shower. The best is Chris .

Chris recently helped finish our basement. Right from our first interaction with him, we noticed his passion and pride in his work. He was easy to interact with and was thoughtful throughout the process. We appreciated his ideas and input along the way. He did an egress window for us which was a major undertaking but he and his crew did a great job. We also asked him to build a reading nook (I showed him a picture of what we wanted), and he exceeded our expectations. Most importantly, he finished our work within the said time frame, which we really appreciated. We wouldn't hesitate to hire him for any future work.

Chris and team worked on a few projects for us. New Outdoor Deck Upgraded the Kitchen / Dinning / Family Room Upgraded the Bathroom It was a fantastic experience working with Chris right from the first time I met him. What I especially appreciated was his ability to quickly help me visualize the outcome of the projects and walk me through options and budget planning in a very straight forward no-nonsense way. He also suggested ideas like the Barn doors that added a special touch to the aesthetics. Also, it was wonderful to watch him work with the passion for perfection he has. He was treating the work as if it were his own home and that brought us so much confidence while the projects were being executed. Also, from when he drew out the proposals through execution, there was always full transparency in cost planning. At the end of everything, we were spot on, on the budget planning from Day 1. And most importantly, I established a trusted relationship right from the get-go. I would strongly recommend Precision Renovations without hesitating at all.
